UAE has announced its development plan which is an overview of advancements and remaining challenges facing the country in achieving realistic time bound goals of 2015 towards economic growth. This plan aims at providing a better life to all by creating an atmosphere of corporate culture where the one and only motive is the progress of the nation. It focuses on working in a direction where International standards are met without compromising on the very essence of traditional values. These goals are essentially centered at targets for human development, gender equality, health improvement, new infrastructure in order to have significant improvement in the lives of people in the country by 2015.

Datamatix presents the "UAE Government Organizations 2015 Challenges" which is a series of events designed to outline the criteria and action plan for UAE Government Organizations in line with the 2015 Strategic Plan. This series provides insight into the role of the Government organizations in making UAE one of the worlds’s most developed countries. It also aims at improvement in government organizations’ services adopting the best global practices to take the country to the highest level of excellence.

The series of events focuses on Effective Leadership as an essential component to implement the development plan. It also focuses on public private partnerships as the businesses always need real public organizations partnership to be able to drive the business and accelerate the national economy successfully.
